Prom: This year’s prom will be held at Barrister Gardens in St. Clair Shores. It is open to Juniors and Seniors. Tickets are $65 and can be bought from Mr. Wotherspoon in his classroom, before or after school.

Wednesday, May 17th: Hangout closed (Evening of the Arts)
Friday, June 2nd: Hangout closed (Graduation)
Tuesday, June 13th: Hangout open till 3:00 pm (Final Exam Half Day)
Wednesday, June 14th: Hangout open till 3:00 pm (Final Exam Half Day)
Thursday, June 15th: Hangout closed (Last day/End of year picnic)

Detentions: If you were issued a detention, but have not yet served it, be prepared to stay and clean-up after today’s assembly.
April is Poetry Month: Diamante poems were created by Iris Tiedt in 1969. They are 7-lines in length, and form a diamond shape when written.
Thommy Goodwin, AAW’s Poetry Out Loud winner was honored this week, and the Plaque hangs proudly outside the offices on the main floor.
