Enrollment
We have enrolled over 370 students for this fall. This is great news for our community, but it has led to a couple of significant changes, please bear with us as we work out some growing pains!
New Teachers
Please help us to welcome: our new teaching staff members.
Mrs. Borden is our new Vocal Music and Acting teacher. Mr. Brickman is our new middle school Social Studies teacher. Mrs. Kang (Rector) is our new Visual Arts Teacher.
Parent Liaisons
We want to ensure that your family is getting all the support you need! If you have any questions, you can always ask our Parent Liaisons. They can find information and resources for our families.

Ms. Sciortino – ssciortino@artsacad.net
Mr. Messel – gmessel@artsacad.net
Student Schedules
All families have received information on setting up their parent accounts in PowerSchool. If you need assistance, please contact our Parent Liaisons
If your student has any questions regarding their schedule, please complete the Schedule Request Form.
Students should follow their original schedule until they receive an updated schedule from a counselor or administrator.
Staffing Updates
Unfortunately, two staff members have left the Academy this week. Ms. Abby, one of our Para pros, has moved on and we wish her the best. She has been a great advocate and supporter of many of our students. Our Visual Art department’s Mrs. Hemmingsen has accepted a teaching position much closer to her home. She has helped make our visual arts program the remarkable success it is today!
We will miss both great people, but we are interviewing candidates for both positions and expect to find equally awesome new folks!
